Payment & Fees

Unless otherwise stated in the specific service agreement, fees paid to Top Trade Tractor are non-refundable once work has commenced on a particular phase or deliverable. Where a client chooses to terminate an engagement prior to its completion, fees already paid for work completed or materially progressed at the time of termination will not be returned. Any retainer fees held in advance for future work will be governed by the refund provisions in the applicable service agreement.
